Each floor is made to have equal parts light and dark rooms, accomodating many forms of art & expression. It is intended to have a futuristic appearance, so that the building itself is also an artwork that enhances the arts that it contains.

This design is intended for the local state university. The various floors allows for multiple open outdoor spaces for relaxation after a long day of studying.
The landscape of this model is made to create an ambience of fresh air to accompany the busy interiors of a university, keeping the modern aesthetic and adding comfort and funcionality all in one education centered space.
